All of our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch. Vogue branded towel rails installed within the UK are also covered by an extended 5 Year Guarantee – subject to Terms & Conditions of that guarantee. This F.O.C. guarantee is not applicable to valves and accessories.
Bespoke items are non-returnable. Please note that certain non-stock models are also non-returnable, please check with our customer service department on telephone +44(0) 1902 387020. In compliance with our policy of constant improvement we reserve the right to alter specifications, materials and dimensions or discontinue any of our products without prior notice.
